Welcome to the Total Health Immersion Program

Well Hey There!

    To the right, that was me a few years ago as well as me now. 

    At my heaviest I was a miserable 265lbs. 100 days later I was motivated and happy 195lbs. What I wish I had though throughout was someone to help, coach, show, teach me about what was to come, which I didn’t. 

    It was tough to go through all that on my own. My own research, teaching, watching videos, reading, watching others in the gym all while not having a great support system, it was a lot. 

    The change that I went through without the help that I wish I had is the reason I decided to create the Total Health Immersion Program. 

    I definitely learned a lot through my transformation, had fun as well, but a someone to take me from where I was to where I wanted to be would of made the transformation that much easier for me.
